For agencies.
I build the work. You stay the agency.
White-label websites, software, and AI agents — shipped under your brand, on your timeline, without your client ever knowing I exist (unless you want them to).
How this works
You bring the client. I build the work. You bill them, I bill you. Your client sees you.
I don't poach. I don't pitch. I don't show up in their inbox six months later. The relationship is yours. I'm the team behind it.
What I take on
-
Full website builds. Astro, Pages CMS, Shopify, or whatever fits. Fast, on-brand, on time.
-
SEO and content infrastructure. Technical setup, content systems, the boring stuff that compounds.
-
Custom software. Forms, integrations, internal tools, anything your client needs that doesn't exist yet.
-
AI agents. Outreach, lead routing, content ops, support. The capability your agency probably doesn't have in-house yet — and your clients are starting to ask for.
If your client needs something that isn't on this list, ask anyway.

How an engagement runs
- 1.
You send a brief.
Even rough. What the client wants, when they need it, what the budget is.
- 2.
I scope it.
You get a fixed price and timeline within a day or two. You decide if it's a fit.
- 3.
I build.
You get updates you can forward to your client, in your voice if that's easier. Staging links, progress, blockers — nothing hidden.
- 4.
We ship.
Handoff is clean. Docs, access, walkthrough video if useful. I stay around for support if you want.
What I won't do
- I won't talk to your client without you on the call.
- I won't put my name on the work unless you ask me to.
- I won't quote them directly or send them anything outside of what you've approved.
- I won't pitch them my own services, ever.
Pricing
Project rates depend on scope. Most agency builds I've done land between $[X] and $[Y]. Retainers for ongoing work and AI agent maintenance are separate.
I'll send a fixed quote before any work starts.
FAQ
Are you a freelancer or an agency?
I'm one person who builds with AI tools and a small group of people I trust for specific things. You hire me, I'm accountable for the work.
Can my client meet you?
If you want them to, yes. If not, also fine. Most of my agency work is fully behind the curtain.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes.
What's the smallest project you'll take?
If it's interesting, anything. If it's a recurring partner, smaller is fine.
What about confidentiality on referrals?
Your client list and project details stay yours. I don't share who I'm building for unless you've okayed it.
What stack do you use?
Astro + Pages CMS for marketing sites, Shopify for stores, FastAPI / Supabase for backend. AI agents on Anthropic's platform, sometimes on owned infrastructure. Open to other stacks if your client already has one.
How fast can you start?
Usually within 1–2 weeks. Sometimes faster.
